Hello Sugar Koan Friends! 


As of this time, we don't have a set schedule, but we are live on Facebook & Tiktok multiple times per week! Facebook lives are a bit more fun/chaotic. Normally my kids are there, and my mom helps! It gets wild sometimes lol. 

Tiktok live sales are normally in the evenings after my kiddos are in bed so I can try to focus better! I also go live on TikTok and just talk about life too. 

We currently do not do lives on Instagram, but plan on implementing Instagram lives when we build our following up there, in 2024. 

Policies:

INVOICING:
Invoices are sent after every sale and must be paid within 3 days from the day the invoice starts. If you're new to us, either fill out the contact form on our website and tell us your username on the social media site you claimed from or message us if you can and give us your email that way. All baskets are defaulted to being an "open basket" if you pay your cart, we will move your bin to the shipping station, and it is (typically) shipped out within 48 hours from payment being sent. Tracking numbers are sent to the email on file. 


COMBINING ORDERS:
Live sale items cannot be combined with orders placed on our website onto the same invoice; you will pay for live sale claims separately from anything you want on the website. You will pay shipping on both orders HOWEVER, the orders will be combined, shipped together, and overpaid shipping fees will be refunded to you when orders are packed. Please refrain from sending messages asking us to add online items to live sale invoices, we get hundreds of messages a week, and stuff gets missed easily. Simply place your order online, and your overpaid shipping fees will be refunded when your orders are packed and shipped. 


SHIPPING
Shipping is $10 flat rate in the USA. We do ship worldwide for $30 USD flat rate shipping. 
Any import fees, duties, taxes, etc due at time of delivery for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer, not Sugar Koan Crystals. Please watch tracking via email/phone number you provide at checkout for updates with your order.
